          ORDER ACCEPTING FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

          ANDRé BIROTTE JR., UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE.

         Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636, the Court has reviewed the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge. Further, the Court has engaged in a de novo review of those portions of the Report to which Petitioner has objected. The Court accepts the findings and recommendations of the Magistrate Judge.

         JUDGMENT

         This matter came before the Court on the Petition of KEVIN ANTARIO BROWN, for a writ of habeas corpus. Having reviewed the Petition and supporting papers, and having accepted the findings and recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition is denied and the action is dismissed with prejudice.
