Opinion

No. 109752.

October 26, 1998.

Summary Dispositions October 26, 1998.

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the case is remanded to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of Kerbersky v. Northern Michigan Univ, 458 Mich. 525 (1998). MCR 7.302(F)(1). If the Court of Appeals alters its opinion regarding the applicability of the public building exception, MCL 691.1406; MSA 3.996(106), then it is either to address the issue whether the building was defective or remand the case to the Genesee Circuit Court for further proceedings as ordered by the Court of Appeals.
