MEMORANDUM OPINION


Before the Court is appellants' February 12, 2004 motion for voluntary dismissal of this appeal. Appellants state that they "have compromised and settled the claims of the Plaintiff and have paid the amounts agreed upon in satisfaction of the Judgment." Attached to appellants' motion is appellee's Release of Judgment Against Dale Shaffer; appellee stated in her brief that appellant Brown had settled at that time. The motion to dismiss is GRANTED, and this appeal is DISMISSED. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a). Unless the parties' settlement agreement provides otherwise, costs of the appeal will be borne by appellants.
