For the reasons assigned in the case of Richard J. Keller, et al v. Firemen's Pension Relief Fund for the City of Lake Charles, La.App., 407 So.2d 1302, the judgment of the district court is affirmed. Plaintiff is to pay all costs in both courts insofar as they are assessable to him under the law.

AFFIRMED.
