ORDER


The Plaintiff James T. Brown has filed a motion for reconsideration of the Memorandum Opinion and Judgment entered by this court on December 2, 2003. The court has reviewed the motion and brief in support of the reconsideration request and the court finds no additional information or legal argument by Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff has failed to show good cause for granting his motion.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the motion to reconsider [12] be and the same is hereby denied.
