CURE AUTO INSURANCE, a/k/a Citizens United Reciprocal Exchange, John Does 1-50 (Fictitious persons, corporations, or entities responsible for the damages suffered by Plaintiff), and ABC Corporations 1-10 (Fictitious corporations or entities responsible for the damages suffered by Plaintiff), Defendants-Movants.


ORDER It is ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal is granted, and the matter is summarily remanded to the Superior Court, Appellate Division for consideration on the merits. Jurisdiction is not retained.
