Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed April 5, 2024, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 10, 2024, respondent shall file a supplement to the above-referenced Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and shall attach thereto a copy of a postmarked U.S. Postal Service Form 3877, or other proof of mailing, showing that the notice of deficiency issued to petitioners for the taxable year 2020 was sent by certified or registered mail to petitioners at their last known address on or about February 21, 2023.
