This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Chicago, Illinois Trial Session scheduled to commence on October 30, 2023.

On September 29, 2023, at docket entry 8, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that the parties have reached a basis for settlement of this case. In consideration of information contained in the report, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's October 30, 2023, Chicago, Illinois, trial session and is continued, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 4, 2023, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
