On April 20, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Leave to File First Amendment to ANSWER by Resp. This case was called from the calendar at the May 1, 2023, remote trial session for Atlanta, Georgia. No appearance was made by or on behalf of the petitioners. Respondent's counsel appeared and represented to the Court that they had reached an agreement with the petitioners and anticipated filing a decision document.

Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Leave to File First Amendment to ANSWER by Resp., filed on April 20, 2023, is denied as moot.
