Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Substitute Parties and Change Caption, filed April 11, 2023, it is
ORDERED that, on or before May 10, 2023, respondent shall file a supplement to the above-referenced Motion and shall attach thereto a legible copy of the death certificate for Ella Marie Brown. In the supplement, respondent shall provide a current mailing address for Walter Brown, and, after making reasonable attempts to contact Mr. Brown, shall state whether Mr. Brown has any objection to the granting of the Motion, as then-supplemented.
