ORDER

Eunkyong Choi Special Trial Judge

On September 30, 2022, respondent filed with the Cout a Status Report (index #8) indicating that they were responding to an Order the Court served on August 15, 2022, to address a 6662a penalty. Upon review of the record in this case, no such Order exists and there is no 6662a penalty. Therefore, this Status Report is erroneous, and we will strike it.

Upon due consideration and for Cause it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Status Report filed September 30, 2022 (index #8) is stricken form the Court's record in this case.
