On August 15, 2022, petitioner electronically filed a Motion To Vacate (Entry No. 11) which is essentially the same as petitioner's first letter (Entry No. 10). In view of the foregoing and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above Answer (Entry No. 10) filed August 15, 2022, is recharacterized as petitioner's Letter. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's motion to vacate (Entry No. 11) filed August 15, 2022, is deemed stricken from the record in this case.
