ORDER

James S. Halpern, Judge

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's April 11, 2022, Phoenix, Arizona, trial session. On February 28, 2022, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance, and a joint motion to remand. Therefore, it is

ORDERED that the motion to remand is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Office of Appeals, at respondent's Appeals Office located closest to petitioners' residence (or at such other place as may be mutually agreed upon) at a reasonable and mutually agreed upon date and time, but no later than June 2, 2022, so that respondent's Appeals Office may reconsider petitioners' proposed Offer in Compromise as supplemented by the additional information provided by petitioners on July 2, 2021, and issue a new or supplemental Notice of Determination. It is further

ORDERED that the motion for continuance is granted, and the undersigned retains jurisdiction. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's April 11, 2022, Phoenix, Arizona, trial session. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before July 5, 2022, submit to the Court joint or separate reports regarding the then present status of this case.
