ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland, Judge

This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 21, 2022, for cases where Indianapolis, Indiana is the place of Trial.

On February 9, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance. On February 16, 2022, the Court held a telephonic conference with respondent's counsel and petitioner Ms. Emily Brown, during which time respondent explained that the case is currently being reviewed by the Office of Appeals and that office needs additional time to work with petitioners to resolve the case. Ms. Brown indicated that there is no objection to the granting of this motion.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed February 9, 2022, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the March 21, 2022, Indianapolis, Indiana trial calendar and this case is continued generally.
