ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

On July 22, 2021, petitioner filed a motion for summary judgment. On September 27, 2021, respondent filed a response to motion for summary judgment. Thereafter, on October 4, 2021, petitioner filed a reply to response to motion for summary judgment. On January 26, 2022, petitioner filed a motion to calendar, requesting that petitioner's motion for summary judgment be scheduled for hearing at the Court's February 28, 2022, Los Angeles, California trial session.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion to calendar is denied. The parties are advised that petitioner's motion for summary judgment will be assigned for disposition in due course.
