This case is calendared for trial during the Court's February 14, 2022, El Paso, Texas, remote trial session. On November 2, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene and lodged a Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene. On the same day, the parties filed a joint Motion for Continuance.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene, filed November 2, 2021, is granted and the Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene is filed as of the date of this Order. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' joint Motion for Continuance, filed November 2, 2021, is granted, and this case is stricken from the above-referenced remote trial session and is continued generally.
