By Order served August 20, 2021, the Court directed petitioner to file an Amended Petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration on or before October 4, 2021. On October 1, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion for Extension of Time, in which he seeks an additional thirty days to comply with the Court's order.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' above-referenced motion is granted in that the time within which petitioner shall file an Amended Petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee, which is available under the "Forms" tab on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov) is extended to November 5, 2021. If the Amended Petition and filing fee are not received by November 5, 2021, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.

The Court encourages all litigants to register for electronic access (eAccess) so that they may electronically file and view documents in their Tax Court cases.
