TEVON TARRELL BROWN, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On June 8, 2024, petitioner electronically filed the Petition to commence this case and at that time requested that Detroit, Michigan be designated as the place of trial. Accordingly, Detroit, Michigan is currently designated as the place of trial in this case.

On June 13, 2024, petitioner electronically filed a copy of T.C. Form 5, Request for Place of Trial, with the Court, designating the filing as a "First Amendment to Request for Place of Trial at Detroit, Michigan." Therein, petitioner again requests that Detroit, Michigan be designated as the place of trial in this case. Because the Court has already designated Detroit, Michigan as the place of trial, and the filing is duplicative, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's First Amendment to Request for Place of Trial at Detroit, Michigan is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
