KEN MOLBERG JUSTICE.

The reporter's record in this appeal has not been filed. By letter dated December 29, 2023, we notified Jennifer Jacobs, Official Court Reporter for the 298th Judicial District Court, that the reporter's record was overdue and directed her to file the reporter's record within thirty days. To date, Ms. Jacobs has not filed the record nor corresponded with the Court regarding the status of the reporter's record.

So that this appeal can proceed, we ORDER Ms. Jacobs to file within TWENTY DAYS of the date of this order, either (1) the reporter's record; or (2) written verification that appellant has not paid for or made arrangements to pay for the reporter's record.

Our records indicate appellant requested preparation of the reporter's record on November 15, 2023.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the following:
