Brown v. Bush Aviation Enterprises

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
Oct 31, 1958
106 So. 2d 96 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1958)

Opinion

No. 764.

October 31, 1958.

Petition for Writ of Certiorari to the Florida Industrial Commission.

Kelner Lewis, Miami, for petitioner.

Abrams Anton, Hollywood, and Lawrence G. Lally, Miami, for respondent, Bush Aviation Enterprises.

Paul E. Speh, Tallahassee, for respondent, Florida Industrial Commission.

We have carefully examined the Record in this cause and find that there is substantial evidence to support the finding of the Florida Industrial Commission that the Commission did not have jurisdiction.

The order of the Florida Industrial Commission, therefore, is affirmed, and petition for certiorari is denied.

KANNER, C.J., and ALLEN, J., concur.
