DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate two decisions and orders on motion of this Court, both dated April 13, 2011, which dismissed appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 9, 2010, and September 29, 2010, respectively for failure to comply with prior decisions and orders on motion of this Court, both dated February 3, 2011, to reinstate the appeals, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decisions and orders on motion of this Court, both dated April 13, 2011, are recalled and vacated; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing his brief on the appeals is enlarged until October 27, 2011.
