OPINION AND ORDER

Jeffrey Scott Brown, without the assistance of counsel, filed a motion pursuant to FED. R. CIV. P. 60. Mr. Brown has counsel and has previously had his filing stricken and been "advised that all future filings on his behalf shall be made by his counsel." Docket # 66 at 1.

For the foregoing reasons, the motion (docket # 77) is STRICKEN.
