Appeals, Nos. 159 and 225, March T., 1970, from decree of Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division, of Fayette County, March T., 1968, No. 142, in re estate of Frances C. Brown, also known as Frances C. Brown Russell, deceased. Decree affirmed; reargument refused November 9, 1971.

Petition for citation to set aside sale of real estate. Before REILLY, P. J.

Order entered declaring sale by administratrix null and void, exceptions thereto by intervening purchasers and administratrix dismissed, and final decree entered. Exceptants appealed.

Joseph R. Rygiel, with him Ralph K. Barclay, Jr., Ira B. Coldren, Jr., and Coldren Adams, for appellants.

Daniel G. Reilly, for appellee.


Decree affirmed. Each party to bear own costs.
