DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by respondents in the two above-captioned appeals from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered April 12, 2018, to consolidate the appeals to the extent of allowing respondents to serve and file a single respondent's brief, and for an enlargement of time to serve and file the brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to consolidate the two above-captioned appeals is granted to the extent that respondents may serve and file an original and five copies of a single respondents' brief bearing both appeal numbers; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to serve and file the respondents' brief is granted and respondents' time to serve and file a respondents' brief is enlarged to 21 days from the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant, if he be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days after he is served with the respondents' brief.
