The judgment is modified to run only against Condominium Housing, Inc., as trustee of Brighton Acquisition Realty Trust, and Steven V. Blum, as trustee of Moorings Nominee Trust. As so modified, the judgment is affirmed. The plaintiffs' claim for lien enforcement under G.L. c. 183A, 6, shall be dismissed.
