DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application to be relieved as attorney for the children.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Christopher Pogson, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the children and Michelle E. Stone, Esq., P.O. Box 118, Vestal, NY 13851, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the children be made available to the attorney for the children as she may direct.

Garry, P.J., Lynch, Devine and Mulvey, JJ., concur.
