DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Applications to be relieved as attorneys for the children.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Joan Mencel, Esq., Donna Chin, Esq., and Andrea Mooney, Esq., are relieved of appointment as attorneys for the children and Michelle E. Stone, Esq., P.O. Box 118, Vestal, NY 13851, is appointed in their place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the children be made available to the attorney for the children as she may direct.
