ORDER

Appellant appeals from the trial court's judgment granting summary judgment in favor of appellee. The reporter's record is overdue. In the docketing statement, appellant indicated that he had requested preparation of the reporter's record. In a letter dated May 26, 2016, the court reporter informed the Court that no record was taken of the summary judgment hearing. Accordingly, we ORDER the appeal submitted without a reporter's record.

Appellant's brief is due JULY 20, 2016. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(a)(1).
