Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff as a result of the defendant's alleged negligence, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the court, Flanagan, J., granted the motion filed by Whitcomb Motors, Inc., to intervene as a plaintiff; thereafter, the court, Gray, J., granted the defendant's motion for summary judgment and rendered judgment thereon, from which the plaintiff and the intervening plaintiff filed separate appeals to this court. Affirmed.

Thomas M. Conroy and Timothy P. Pothin filed a brief for the appellant (plaintiff).
