Pending before the Court is Appellant's motion to supplement the clerk's record with the following pleadings originally filed in cause number F13-53895: (1) the January 10, 2014 pleading entitled "A&E Television Network's Motion to Quash Defendant Daniel Brooks' Ex Parte Motion and The Court's Order to Obtain Audio and Video Footage and Memorandum of Law in Support," (2) the April 14, 2015 pleading entitled "Kirkstall and Jason Guberman's Motion for Protection from and to Quash Defendant Daniel Brooks' Ex Parte Motion and The Court's Ex Parte Order to Turn Over Outtakes and Memorandum of Law in Support," and (3) the May 1, 2015 pleading entitled "Kirkstall and Jason Guberman's Reply to Defendant's Response to Motion for Protection from and to Quash Defendant Daniel Brooks' Ex Parte Motion and The Court's Ex Parte Order to Turn Over Outtakes and Certificate and Memorandum of Law in Support." The motion is GRANTED. The supplemental clerk's record containing these documents is due to be filed with this Court on or before February 11, 2016.
