On September 28, 2022, the Court noticed its intent to consolidate the second motion for a preliminary injunction with a trial on the merits under Fed.R.Civ.P. 65. (Doc. 112). Parties were provided leave to raise their objections. No objections were filed during the allotted period.

Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED CONSOLIDATING the second motion for preliminary injunction hearing with a trial on the merits under Fed.R.Civ.P. 65.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court enter judgment for Centurion and close this case.
