On August 31, 2023, appellant filed an amended notice of appeal from the trial court's August 28, 2023 final judgment. The clerk's record was filed October 30, 2023, but the reporter's record has not been filed in this case. See Tex. R. App. P. 35.1 (setting deadline for filing of appellate record). On November 21, 2023, appellant filed a motion for extension of time to file appellant's brief. Because the complete appellate record has not been filed, the deadline for filing appellant's brief has not yet begun to run. We therefore dismiss appellant's motion for extension of time as moot. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(a).
