Action to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by the negligent operation of defendant's automobile. Order granting plaintiff's motion for a preference in the trial of the action affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
