ORDER

ALBERT G. LAUBER JUDGE

This case is calendared on the Court's February 7, 2022, Denver, Colorado, trial session. On November 15, 2021, petitioners filed a Motion to Consolidate this case with docket No. 3959-20. The related case is not calendared for trial, so petitioners request that we continue this case from the February 7, 2022, trial session and consolidate it with the related case. Respondent does not object to the granting of this Motion. A similar motion was filed in the related case. The undersigned will accordingly restore this case to the general docket with the expectation that the Court will grant petitioners' Motion to Consolidate.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's February 7, 2022, Denver, Colorado, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that this case is returned to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
