These cases for the redeterminations of deficiencies are before the Court on petitioners' motion for judgment on the pleadings, filed March 4, 2022, and petitioners' motion to withdraw that motion, filed March 8, 2023. Counsel for the parties appeared and were heard on both motions in Denver, Colorado, on March 27, 2023. Giving due regard to the statements contained in petitioners' motion to withdraw, and for reasons set forth more fully in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion to withdraw is granted. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' motion for judgment on the pleadings is withdrawn.
