Brooks v. Brooks

Supreme Court of Michigan
Nov 19, 2002
654 N.W.2d 329 (Mich. 2002)

Opinion

No. 122191 (99).

November 19, 2002.

COA: 237550, Wayne CC: 00-021786-DM

On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration is considered, and it is GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal from the June 7, 2002 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court prior to the proceedings ordered by the Court of Appeals and any further subsequent review by the Court of Appeals.

Kelly, J., would grant leave to appeal.
