BROOKS COUNTY, TEXAS, Appellant v. Maria Armandina BUENROSTRO, Appellee

From the 79th Judicial District Court, Brooks County, Texas Trial Court No. 19-04-17973-CV Honorable Richard C. Terrell, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Lori I. Valenzuela, Justice

Because this is an accelerated appeal, appellee's brief was originally due July 5, 2021 and not July 14, 2021. On July 14, 2021, appellee filed a motion requesting a thirty-day extension of time from July 14, 2021. Appellee states that appellants oppose the request. The request for a thirty-day extension is GRANTED from the date the brief was originally due (July 5, 2021). Appellee's brief is due no later than August 4, 2021. Further extensions of time in this accelerated appeal will be disfavored absent extenuating circumstances.
