Upon due consideration of the parties' joint motion for continuance, filed August 26, 2024, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is granted, in that this case is stricken for trial from the Atlanta, Georgia, trial session scheduled to begin on January 13, 2025, and is continued with jurisdiction retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that on or before November 25, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports if a joint report is not possible) of the then-present status of this case. Any status report should include the parties' progress on consolidating this case with the identified related case.
