ORDER

MAURICE B. FOLEY, CHIEF JUDGE

On July 20, 2021, petitioners filed with the Court an Application for waiver of Filing fee and Affidavit. Petitioner has not demonstrated financial inability to pay. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Application for Waiver of Filing Fee and Affidavit is denied. It is further

ORDERED that on or before November 18, 2021, petitioners shall pay the filing fee of $60.00. If filing fee is not received on or before November 18, 2021, the case will be dismissed or other action taken as the Court deems appropriate.
