Appeals having been taken to this Court from orders (Mot. Seq. Nos. 005 and 006) of the Supreme Court, New York County, both entered on or about September 24, 2020 (Case Nos. 2020-04349 and 2021-00693)
And cross-petitioner-appellant, Adam Brook, M.D., Ph.D., having moved, pro se, to extend the time to perfect the aforesaid appeals to the later of: (1) 60 days after the Court of Appeals issues its decision on the motion for leave to appeal this Court's decision under Case No. 2020-03080; or (2) 60 days after this Court issues its decision on the motion for re-argument or leave to appeal this Court's decision in Case No. 2020-04570; or (3) the September 2022 Term of this Court,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the appeals to the June 2022 Term of this Court.
