It is Ordered that landlord-respondent's motion to vacate the stay is granted. Execution of the warrant of eviction is stayed through May 26, 2015 to afford tenant-appellant a final opportunity to make arrangements with New York City Human Resources Administration in order to comply with the March 27, 2015 order of this Court requiring payment of $2,920, as well as accruing use and occupancy, to the landlord without prejudice. Tenant-appellant may move for an order continuing the stay beyond May 26, 2015, upon submission of such proof of payment. Landlord-respondent is directed to personally serve, or serve by overnight mail, a copy of this order upon tenant-appellant on or before May 19, 2015.
