PRESENT:

Respondents having moved to dismiss the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court, Seneca County, entered February 13, 2020, and August 8, 2019, on the ground that the appeals are moot or, in the alternative, to adjourn the appeals,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied insofar as it seeks to dismiss the appeals, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks to adjourn the appeals, and the appeals are removed from the Court's day calendar for April 14, 2021, and added to the term of this Court commencing September 8, 2021.
