KELLY BROGAN, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On May 20, 2024, the Court received a mailing from petitioner containing a miscellany of over 60 pages of documents and filed them as petitioner's Status Report. The content of these documents appears to be similar to those that were previously filed with the Court as petitioner's Status Report on March 15, 2024. As with that filing, the purpose of petitioner's latest post-decision filing cannot be readily determined by its contents. In any event, to the extent that petitioner may be seeking relief from the Stipulated Decision entered in this case on February 29, 2024, the Court notes that petitioner has been afforded a reasonable opportunity to file a motion to vacate and explain why the Court should take such action. To date, petitioner has not done so.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that at this time the Court will take no further action on petitioner's Status Report filed on May 20, 2024.
