William J. Brogan Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

The petition in this case was filed on July 10, 2020. Petitioner seeks review of a deficiency notice dated March 9, 2020, apparently issued to him for taxable year 2017. On June 11, 2021, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

An examination of the record in this case discloses that record does not include a complete copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioner for 2017 upon which this case apparently is based.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 7, 2021, respondent shall file a Response to this order and attach thereto, a copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioner for 2017 upon which this case is apparently based.
