Finding appellee's concession of error to be well-taken, the second amended final judgment is quashed and the cause is remanded for further proceedings consistent with this court's prior opinion in Broemer v. Broemer, 109 So.3d 284 (Fla. 1st DCA 2013). LEWIS, C.J., WOLF and ROBERTS, JJ., concur.
