This case is currently set for trial at the Court's May 6, 2024, New Orleans, Louisiana trial session. The parties filed a joint Status Report on April 15, 2024, and a Stipulation of Settled Issues on April 16, 2024, requesting additional time to submit stipulated decision documents. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's May 6, 2024, New Orleans, Louisiana trial session and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 24, 2024, the parties shall submit stipulated decision documents or file further status reports regarding the then-present status of this case.
