DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by respondent for an extension of time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered October 15, 2018 and May 31, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the respondent shall serve and file its brief within seven days of the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant may, if it be so advised, file a reply brief within seven days of service upon it of respondent's brief.
