947 So. 2d 623 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2007)

Opinion

Nos. 3D0-2212, 3D0-2202.

January 17, 2007.

An Appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Gisela Cardonne Ely, Judge.

Bloom Minsker and Joel Minsker; Arnaldo Velez, Coral Gables, for appellant.

Joseph Jacks and Hugh J. Connolly, Miami; Valle, Craig, Sioli Lynott and Frank Sioli, Miami, for appellee.

Before FLETCHER and CORTIÑAS, JJ., and SCHWARTZ, Senior Judge.

Stefan and Elizabeth Brodie, condominium owners, appeal orders compelling arbitration of their claims against their condominium association and directors.

The association and the directors agree with the position of the Brodies. Our review of the record leads us to conclude that the trial court erred in entering the orders. Accordingly, the orders appealed are reversed and the cause is remanded for further proceedings.

Reversed and remanded.
