Appeals, Nos. 84 and 85, Oct. T., 1943, from judgments of C.P. Schuylkill Co., May T., 1942, Nos. 231 and 232, in cases of Kathryn Meehan Broderick v. School District of Borough of Shenandoah et al., School Directors; and Katherine Broderick McCormick v. Same. Judgment in each case affirmed.

The same question involved in these appeals was decided in the case of Goff v. Shenandoah Borough School District, 154, Pa. Superior Ct. 239, 35 A.2d 900, in which an opinion was this day filed. The parties agreed that the same order should be made in these appeals.
