PRESENT:

Petitioner having moved for joinder of parties, a stay of depositions, a writ of mandamus, and for other relief in this proceeding,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of John W. Broderick sworn to May 16, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is dismissed as moot on the ground that the proceeding was dismissed by order of this Court entered May 23, 2016.
